Martin W. Williams has recently
been recognized as 2008-2009 Top Trial Lawyer for the
State of Ohio by The American Trial Lawyers Association.
Chad Tuschman has been recognized as a Rising Star
by Ohio Super Lawyers 2010; joining Martin W. Williams
- who has been an Ohio Super Lawyer since the inception
of the award program.
Peter O. DeClark recently received a favorable opinion
from the Ohio Supreme Court in Shelling v. Humphrey.
Martin W. Williams just concluded celebrating his 30-Year
Anniversary in the practice of law.
Chad Tuschman lectured recently on Civil Practice and
Procedure - wherein Chad spoke to local attorneys on the
many changes in the law.
Chad Tuschman is also the President, 2009-2010, of the
