One subject that doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon are vehicle recalls in the United States. Williams DeClark Tuschman have been following recalls affecting U.S. drivers. Recalls by GM and Chrysler alone are in the millions affecting many across the U.S. It has recently come to light that U.S. safety regulators are now probing complaints of SUV’s, manufactured by Mazda, for suspension problems. The reports are stating the suspension can come loose from the lower ball joint while the SUV’s are being driven causing drivers to lose control. The probe is covering approximately 54,000 Mazda SUV’s from the 2007 through 2008 model years. It must be noted that no crashes or injuries have been reported as of this blog and a Mazda spokesperson said the company will work the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and support the investigation. If you are someone or you know may have been affected by the probe of the Mazda CX-9 SUV’s, we would like to talk with you. Please call the office of Williams DeClark Tuschman at 419-719-5195. This is a FREE consultation. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
