A superior court judge in New Jersey has upheld a $11 million dollar verdict in a transvaginal mesh lawsuit filed against Ethicon Inc, a unit of Johnson & Johnson. Court documents indicate that more that 19,000 lawsuits have been filed against Ethicon and Johnson & Johnson in vaginal mesh cases.
